I have tried to decipher both records, and I have managed it to some extend. I cannot translate both records completely for you, but I have managed to somewhat understand their contents.
I believe that one of the records you found, the second one you list, is not the actual marriage record. Instead it only seems to pertain the marriage announcement.
The other record, the first one you list, contains information about the marriage announcement as well. Which is perfectly logical as it was obligatory for both bride and groom to make their marriage plans known in their home towns. As both bride and groom came from different towns, their marriage had to be announced in both.
The first record you mention ends differently than the other one. It ends with a statement tha the maire bore witness to the marriage on the ninth of april. Therefore I believe that this record is the only true marriage record of the two.
